What makes a bullet stronger

Three things: a verb that says what you did (led, resolved, trained), the scale it happened at (customers per shift, team size, pallets per day), and — when there is one — the result. The generator handles the first automatically. The second and third are yours to add, truthfully: when a bullet has no number, you will see a prompt asking for a real one instead of a fabricated percentage.
